What Issues do you address?
 I address issues with with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow.  are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. In addition to the techniques/certifications in the section below, I also use Cupping, Taping, Foot scrubs, Somatic Stretching and Guasha

What happens in a  session?
A massage session addresses the issue at hand or continues to follow a plan develop with the client and therapist.
Soft Tissue sessions include an assessment, therapy and re-assessment to meet the goals of the session. As a client you wear comfortable clothing for this session. a
