Nuero Performance Training offers 2 options
Neuro Performance Training is based on Neurology, specifically motor output. Assessing musculoskeletal dysfunctions indicates sensory receptors and pathways that have been
compromised due to conflictive communication within the body. NPT entails use of 3 components, Vision, Balance and Breathing in every repetion. Where your vision goes, the body follows. Maintaing balance in all 3 planes of movement at various speeds limits injuries and strengthens soft tissue. Inspiration and respiration can weaken or strengthen muscles. Repetitive movements without recovery can create overuse. Overuse tells the brain to protect the body, this can lead to compensation and adaptions in the body that needs to addressed and retrained. Most of us have common overuses due to our jobs or lifestyle, when we learn how to recover and nurture these continuous actions, it limits injuries, compensation and adaptation.
Option 1 Assessment & Design $250
The assessment consists of physical measuring joint angles and physical observance of various movements to determine physiological tolerances of joints and tracking. The assessement is approximately 1hr. Your program will be designed based on your goals and/or the dynamics of your Sport. This will also include program design & instruction.
This program can be used by your trainer/coach or done on your own.
Option 2 Assessment & Design with Training $125
The assessment consists of physical measuring joint angles and physical observance of various movements to determine physiological tolerances of joints and tracking. The assessement is approximately 1hr. Your program will be designed based on your goals and/or the dynamics of your Sport. Most compensations can be significantly diminished or eliminates within your initial 6 sessions.
All training includes the following
- Joint Assessement to determine tracking and joint deficiencies
-Neuro Assessement/SFMA to determine Proprioceptive deficiencies
-Corrective Drills/Strengthening to restore kinetic sequence
-Soft Tissue Techniques to increase blood flow & mobility
-Muscle Testing and Activation to restore kinetic stability
Golfers will also receive a TPI assessment
Homework Drills/Exercises to maintain results
*Cupping/Taping (as needed)

The SFMA is the movement based diagnostic system, designed to clinically assess 7 fundamental movement patterns in those with known musculoskeletal pain. The assessment provides an efficient method to systematically find the cause of symptoms, not just the source, by logically breaking down dysfunctional patterns and diagnosing their root cause as either a mobility problem or a stability/motor control problem.
