Step 1 Assessment
 Your Assessment consist of Weight, Body Fat Measurment,Body Mass Index, tape measure of your Right Arm, Waist and Right leg. In addition the assessmet also includes a Conduct Agreement In 2 yrs, I have dismissed 3 campers. 1)Negative attitude about 1 trainer vs another. 2)Not listening to trainer about actions that related to campers safety 3)Not eating enough, to the point that safety was of grave concern. Our Priority is Safety,Morale and Training.  The Conduct Agreement is required by all campers, new and returning prior to the 1st day of Camp.

Step 2-Action
Track your attendance on your Action Calendar and Score your effort 1 to 10. 1 is little to no effort(yes, it happens) and 10 is 100% effort. One of the criteria to receive awarded discounts for returning campers is an 80%  on time attendance rate during camp.  To ensure you maintain eligibility for  your discount, be sure to call regarding changes to your schedule at least 24 hours in advance so that it will be excused and you can receive make up credit. All last minute call 800-943-BFIT(2348).

It is possible to eat out and eat healthy.

Step 3-Accountability
Your boot camp success is highly dependent on your Nutrient Consumption( your eating).  80% of your results are contingent upon your eating.  You can lose weight on healthy eating alone, you won't have tone, definition or power strenght. However, when you combine healthy eating with consistent strength training the results are beyond your expectations. Choose your Nutrition Plans/Grocery List , then in your Food Section you will design a menu for 1 week, make a grocery list based on that menu and lastly keep a food log and turn in all 3 on Each Monday.
